TREY
COX
Thomas “Trey” Cox, III is a wellness strategist. His workout style is more spiritual than surface. By way of his Instagram stories, you’ll find that he’s always engrossed in a stack of books relating to self-work, fitness, philosophy, and rewiring our mindsets for greatness. A Morehouse College graduate and Atlanta native, his first encounter with fitness was when he started playing basketball at four. Trey continued to play throughout high school and in the intramural league at Morehouse College. He also hosted fitness events through campus organizations and co-chaired the College Charity Run 5K with his good friend Austin Easterling bringing awareness to the stigma around mental health. After moving back to Atlanta, Trey took a leap of faith to start Train with Trey combining fitness, community, and mindfulness for young professionals. Trey believes in pushing the limits of human potential.
